Dated Police Station Sections 24.02.2020 Bhogpur, Jalandhar 304-A, 279, 338 IPC 1.

Aggrieved by the order of issuance of non-bailable warrants vide order dated 28.02.2025 in the FIR captioned above, passed by trial Court due to the default in appearance before the trial court, the petitioners have come up before this court under section 528 BNSS, 2023.

Petitioners' counsel submits that the petitioners were earlier on bail and on 28.02.2025, due to non-appearance of petitioners, the trial Court proceeded by issuing non-bailable warrants against them. He further submits that pursuant to order dated 01.07.2025, petitioners are appearing before the trial Court regularly. 3.

Since the petitioners are already appearing before the trial Court, as such no ground is made out to dis-continue the interim protection as main aim was to secure the presence of petitioners before the majesty of Court. Given above, order dated 01.07.2025 is made absolute subject to the condition that petitioners shall deposit Rs.10,000/- each in the Poor Patient Welfare Fund, PGIMER, Chandigarh and hand over the receipt to the trial Court on the date fixed or by 28.10.2025 whichever is earlier.
