(Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioner states that inadvertently certain errors have crept in Annexures P-8 & P-9 of the writ petition. Accordingly, a prayer has been made for withdrawal of writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh one on the same cause of action by incorporating better particulars and appending interim order dated 9th April, 2014 in terms of order dated October 19, 2015 of this Court. 2.

Dismissed as withdrawn. It shall, however, be open to the petitioner to file a fresh writ petition on the same cause of action by furnishing better and correct particulars.
