Learned counsel for the appellant submits that he wants to file a civil suit for proving that the document relied upon by the learned Single Judge which are the basis for terminating the service of the petitioner, was a genuine document and the termination was wrongful.

Taking into consideration the submissions and that the petitioner had worked for almost four years, we allow him to file a civil suit challenging the termination order and also to prove that the experience certificate submitted by him was genuine.

With the said observations, the petition stands disposed of. 4.

It is made clear that the order passed by learned Single Judge shall not come in its way in disposal of civil suit. 5.
