G.S.SANDHAWALIA, J. (Oral) C.M. Nos. 13604-05 of 2016 Applications seeking exemption from from filing certified copies of orders dated 27.08.2016 and for placing on record the same are allowed, subject to all just exceptions.

The same are taken on record.

CWP No. 21617 of 2016 The petitioner seeks correction of the result of PSTET-I examination held on 13.12.2015, result of which was declared on 23.12.2015. The relief sought is on the basis of the fact that he is a handicapped candidate and had not been given the requisite extra time which was provided to such candidates. It is his case that he requires 82 marks but in the result declared, he has only obtained 64 marks. Resultantly, he has approached this Court.

Admittedly, the petitioner had sat in the subsequent examination on 25.09.2016 to qualify for being eligible on the strength of having passed the PSTET-I examination. CWP No. 21617 of 2016 agitate for his grievances before this Court. At this stage after a period of almost 10 months, no directions can as such be issued to verify the fact that whether the petitioner was given the extra time or not. The petitioner has thereafter also, as noticed, sat in the subsequent examination and is, thus, estopped from his own conduct as such to approach this Court. Resultantly, this Court does not feel that it is a fit case to exercise extra ordinary writ jurisdiction and accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed.
