Notice of motion. At the asking of the Court, Mr. Keshav Gupta, AAG, Haryana accepts notice on behalf of the respondents. Learned counsel for the petitioner shall supply three copies of complete paper book to the counsel appearing for the respondents. 2.
Learned counsel for the petitioner states that he will be satisfied if the legal notice Annexure P-6 is decided by respondent No.2 within particular time. The 2nd respondent is directed to consider the legal notice given by the petitioner under Annexure P-6 and the decision taken shall be informed to the petitioner within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. If there is any delay in making the claim, the same be condoned and if the petitioner is found entitled to the amount, the amount be released to the petitioner within a period of two weeks from then on.
