*** The case has been taken up through Video Conferencing. Reply along with annexures filed by the State be taken on record. After arguing for some time, learned Senior Counsel for the petitioners states that he be permitted to withdraw the present petition since the petitioners intend to file a petition for regular bail before the Court of competent jurisdiction after surrendering before police. However, he requests that a direction be issued to such Court to decide such application expeditiously.

Permission is granted. The petition is dismissed as withdrawn, however, it is observed that on petitioner surrendering before the police and moving application for regular bail before the competent Court at District level, the same be decided expeditiously.
