Comprehensive directions have already been issued for allotment of alternative sites to the petitioners vide judgment dated 04.09.2013 in the case of Rohtas & ors vs State of Haryana and others against which SLP preferred by State of Haryana has also been dismissed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court on 22.01.2016. If there is any attempt by the HUDA authorities to dilute or defy those directions, we are sure that petitioners have got effective alternative remedy.

With liberty to avail such remedy, the writ petition is disposed of.
