MAHESH GROVER, J. (Oral) We do not see any merit in the petition as in the impugned order Annexure P-9 a specific reason has been given by the respondent-University expressing its inability to accommodate the petitioners to the course in question on account of the expiry of the last date. Learned counsel has contended before us that seats are still lying vacant. Accepting it to be so, we would not mandate the respondents to fill up the seats. It is entirely upto them to utilise the vacant seats if they so intend to.

Dismissed.
