SURYA KANT, J.(ORAL) Learned counsel for HUDA states that he has been instructed to withdraw the impugned notices, which have been issued due to an I.T.error, with liberty to issue afresh notice to the petitioner-Society alongwith statement of accounts and details as to how the enhanced price has been determined.

In this view of the matter, the impugned notices have become non-effective.

The writ petition is, thus, disposed of as having been rendered infructuous. However, in the event of service of fresh notice, the petitionerSociety shall be at liberty to submit its reply/objections thereto and impugn the action before appropriate Forum in accordance with law.
