RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Instant writ petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of directions to respondent No.3, i.e. Assistant Collector, Ist grade, Rewari, to decide the application for declaration of land measuring 23 kanals 19 marlas under Sections 5, 6 and 8 of the Punjab Tenancy Act filed by petitioners, which is pending for the last more than five years, in a time bound manner of three months. It has been contended by counsel for the petitioners that final arguments were heard on the application on 25.08.2021 but till date the same has not been decided.

Notice of motion to official respondents only at this stage. On the asking of the Court, Ms.Upasana Dhawan, AAG, Haryana, who is present in Court, accepts notice on behalf of respondents No.1 to 3/State and submits, on instructions from Mr.Azad, Reader, SDM Court, Rewari, that case is fixed for arguments on 10.08.2023.
