By way of instant writ petition filed under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India, petitioner has approached this Court inter alia for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus calling for record of impugned Resolution dated 06.08.2022, Annexure P-8, passed by respondent No.6, resolving no confidence motion against the petitioner, and to set aside the same. 2.

On 31.07.2024, this Court passed the following order:- "Mr .Kanwar has placed on record a copy of order bearing No. SARS/RK1/-321-23 dated 28.02.2024 to submit that the term of the office bearers of the Society has expired and an Administrator has been appointed. He submits that in view of the subsequent development, prayer made in the petition has become infructuous. There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. In the interest of justice, adjourned to 06.08.2024. To be shown in the urgent cause list."
