The present civil writ petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing the order dated 02.01.2015 (Annexure P-5) passed by respondent No.4. Further, for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to ensure the employment of the petitioners in view of the Government policy notified vide notification dated 09.11.2010 (Annexure P-1) issued by respondent No.2.

Despite the case having been called twice, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioners. It appears that neither the petitioners nor their counsel is interested in pursuing the present petition. 3.

Under these circumstances, having left with no other option, the present writ petition stands dismissed for non-prosecution accordingly. 4.

Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall also stand disposed of.
