* * * * RAVI SHANKER JHA, C.J. (ORAL) With the consent of learned counsel for the parties, the matter is being taken up and heard via video conferencing. This petition has been filed by the petitioner being aggrieved by the award of contract for car rental services at the Chandigarh International Airport to respondent No. 4.

It is submitted that though respondent No. 4 is not eligible, the contract has been awarded to it and the representation previously filed by the petitioner has been rejected without giving detailed reasons. From a perusal of the record, it is apparent that the subsequent representation dated 20.10.2020 (Annexure P-11) filed by the petitioner is still pending with the authorities.

Learned counsel appearing for respondents No. 1 to 3 on advance copy accepts notice and submits that the respondent-authorities shall consider and pass a detailed order on the representation filed by the petitioner and communicate the same to the petitioner within a week. In view of the aforesaid statement made by learned counsel for respondents No. 1 to 3, the writ petition is disposed of.
