The petitioner has approached this Court under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, inter alia seeking quashing of impugned notices dated 06.04.2016 and 28.06.2016 (Annexures P1 and P-2, respectively) issued by the respondent-Bank as well as notice dated 14.09.2016 (Annexure P-4) issued by respondent No. 3. 2.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he may be allowed to withdraw the instant petition, with liberty to the petitioner to take recourse to the alternative remedy, as may be available to her, in accordance with law.

Dismissed as withdrawn. It shall, however, be open to the petitioner to take recourse to the remedies, as may be available to her, in accordance with law.
