       Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is aggrieved by certain clauses of Expression of Interest (EOI) published by the respondent-authorities for operation and management of Gaushala at Sector 45, Chandigarh, which the petitioner has been running successfully for the last 10 years. He further submits that the petitioner has filed a representation (Annexure P-8) in this regard before the respondent-authorities which has not been considered by the authorities till date.

Learned Senior Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent-Union Territory, Chandigarh, on advance copy, submits that the aforesaid representation (Annexure P-8) filed by the petitioner shall be considered and decided by the authorities expeditiously in accordance with law.

In view of the statements made by learned counsel for the parties and taking the same on record, the petition stands disposed of.
