Mr. Mazlish Khan, Advocate, for respondent No.7. Tribhuvan Dahiya, J (Oral) Learned State counsel, on instructions, submits that the petitioner's case for re-engagement has been sympathetically considered by the Department, since he had rendered long service from 14.06.2013 before being relieved on account of joining a regular selected candidate on the post of Peon in the District Library, Jind. Accordingly, he has been adjusted against the vacant post of Peon in K.M. Government College, Narwana, Jind, vide memo dated 12.08.2024.

In view of the statement made, learned counsel for the petitioner has no objection to the petition being disposed of in terms thereof, with liberty to the petitioner to raise the grievance regarding his claim for seniority. 3.
