The petitioner has filed the second petition under Section 482 of B.N.S.S with a prayer to grant anticipatory bail to her in case FIR No.14, dated 12.02.2019, under Sections 406,420 of IPC and under Section 13 of Travel Professional (Regulation) Act, registered at Police Station Lohian, District Jalandhar (Rural) (Annexure P-1).

On 28.05.2025, following order had been passed: - "The petitioner has filed the second petition under Section 482 of B.N.S.S with a prayer to grant anticipatory bail to her in case FIR No.14, dated 12.02.2019, under Sections 406,420 of IPC and under Section 13 of Travel Professional (Regulation) Act, registered at Police Station Lohian, District Jalandhar (Rural) (Annexure P-1). Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that after dismissal of earlier petition, the matter has been compromised between the parties and in view of change of circumstances, he has prayed for grant of MOHIT 2025.11.01 10:37 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

On the asking of the Court, Mr. I.P.S Sabharwal, DAG, Punjab, who is present in the Court, accepts notice on behalf of the respondent No.1 and Mr.Lakhwinder Singh Mann, Advocate accepts notice on behalf of respondent No.2 by filing his Vakalatnama, which is taken on record. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of complainant/respondent No.2 submits that the matter has been amicably resolved between the parties and he has no objection in case, the present petition is allowed. In view of the statements made by learned counsel for the parties, the petitioner is directed to join the investigation. In the event of arrest, she shall be released on interim bail to the satisfaction of Arresting/Investigating Officer subject to the conditions provided under Section 482 (2) of B.N.S.S. Adjourned to 27.08.2025."

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in compliance of the order dated 28.05.2025 passed by this Court, the petitioner has joined the investigation.

Learned counsel for the State, on instructions from DSP Onkar Singh Brar, has submitted that the petitioner has joined the investigation and is no longer required for further investigation. 5.

In view of the statement made by learned State counsel, the interim order dated 28.05.2025 is made absolute. The petitioner shall continue to join investigation, as and when called by the Investigating Officer and shall also abide by the conditions as provided under Section 482(2) of the BNSS.
