The instant petition, which is in the nature of a Habeas Corpus petition has been filed by Poonam Rani-petitioner seeking issuance of a direction to the official respondents to get her son namely Vinay Sharma @ Sonu recovered, who is alleged to be illegally detained by respondents No.5 to 7.

Vide order dated 30.9.2021, respondent No.4 was directed to visit the premises of respondents No.5 to 7 and it was further directed that in MOHAN SINGH 2021.10.06 15:57 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

CRWP-9419-2021 (O&M) - 2 - case Vinay Sharma @ Sonu is found to be illegally detained, then he be set free.

Reply by way of affidavit of Hans Raj, DSP, Detective, Sonipat, has been filed wherein it has been reported that Vinay Sharma @ Sonu was not found in the premises in question. It has further been stated therein that in fact FIR No. 36 dated 22.1.2020, under Section 365 IPC was lodged at the instance of the petitioner with the allegation that her son Vinay Sharma @ Sonu had been abducted by Smt. Kanta and Anuradha Sharma, who are arrayed as respondents No.5 and 6 and that upon conclusion of investigation an "untraced" report had been filed.

In view of the aforestated position, this Court does not find any case to issue any further direction.
