(ORAL) Prayer in the present petition is for issuance of direction to respondents No. 2 and 3 to protect the life and personal liberty of the petitioner by providing her police protection and further direction to official respondents to decide representation (Annexure P-2). After arguing for sometime, when this Court is not inclined to interfere; learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition.
