Learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondent No.3 submits that he has no objection in case a direction is issued to respondent No.2 for time-bound consideration and decision of the legal notices (Annexure P-4 in CWP No.16032 of 2026 & Annexure P-5 in CWP No.16082 of 2026) of the petitioners by passing a speaking order.
