CORAM:HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE AMIT RAWAL -.- AMIT RAWAL J. (ORAL) Mr. Dahiya submits that challenge in writ petition was to suspension order dated 09.01.2017 (Annexure P-5), as respondent No.4 was not competent authority.

He pointed out that in view of stand of respondent No.1 vide Annexure R-1, suspension order of petitioner has been withdrawn, which reads as under:- "It is hereby ordered that the suspension order of Sh. Somesh Hooda, Receptionist issued by the Assistant Manager, Gymkhana Club Sector 21C, Faridabad vide memo No.SPL-02 dated 09.01.2017 is hereby withdrawn and the services of Sh. Sumesh Hooda, Receptionist is hereby reinstated with immediate effect."
