RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Instant petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of writ order or direction to respondent Nos.1 to 4 for protection of life and liberty of the petitioner at the hands of respondent Nos.5 to 8 with a further direction to conduct an impartial enquiry into the complaint, dated 29.04.2022, Annexure P-2, submitted by the petitioner against respondent Nos.5 to 8 and register an FIR against them.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would be satisfied if his representation, dated 21.07.2022, Annexure P-3, is decided in a time-bound manner.
