Petitioner Deepak, aged 27 years, son of Sh. Rajender Saini, resident of House No. 442, Ward No. 11, Aprahi Mohalla, Safidon Gate Jind, District Jind has filed the instant civil writ petition against respondents Haryana Staff Selection Commission, Panchkula through its Secretary, Haryana Staff Selection Commission, Panchkula, Uttar Haryana Bijli Vitran Nigam, Panchkula and Roll No. 1192604630 (Last selected candidate under ESP-BCB Category) seeking issuance of writ of certiorari to set aside final result dated 30.4.2021 (Annexure P-5) with regard to selection and appointment of respondent No.

4 to the post of Lower Division Clerk under ESP-BCB Category in Uttar Haryana Bijli Vitran Nigam for the reason that petitioner has secured more marks than the last selected candidate i.e. respondent No. 4, who had got 34 marks. Keeping in view the nature of the dispute between the parties as well as prayer made by the petitioner for the purpose of enabling PARVINDER SINGH 2021.09.

CWP No. 19047 of 2021 respondents No. 1 and 2 to consider the claim of petitioner and then to take appropriate action, if need be and further to avoid unnecessary litigation, the writ petition is disposed of directing respondents No. 1 and 2 to consider the case of the petitioner in accordance with law, rules, regulations and instructions on the subject within a period of two months from the date of receipt of copy of the order and if some action in the matter is warranted then the needful be done in accordance with law. A speaking order in that regard be passed which be conveyed to the petitioner as per Registered A.D. Post. For the purpose of such consideration, the present writ petition along with annexures be taken as representation by the petitioner. If the petitioner feels dissatisfied after passing of the order then he may approach the Court again in accordance with law.
