RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Petitioner has approached this Court impugning the order dated 27.05.2022 passed by learned Additional District Judge, Jalandhar wherein the non-bailable warrants of arrest has been issued against the petitioner. It is submitted that petitioner was granted anticipatory bail by the learned trial Court, however, as the petitioner was not informed about the right date, she failed to appear on the date fixed and hence her bail bonds were cancelled.

Notice of motion.

On the asking of the Court, Mr.Arun Luthra, DAG, Punjab, who is present in Court, accepts notice on behalf of the respondent-State. Heard.

In view of the above-mentioned facts, the present petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to appear before the Court of competent jurisdiction within seven days from today and if she so appears and files an application before the Court, the concerned Court is requested to MEENU 2022.08.24 13:21 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment
