MAHESH GROVER, J. (Oral) We do not find any reason to interfere with the impugned order which merely warrants a remand to the Assistant Collector and decide the issue after carrying out demarcation. Evidently, the petitioner would be associated with it, to get an opportunity to raise his objections. Consequently, we do not find any prejudice manifesting itself from the impugned order.

The writ petition is dismissed but we would deem it appropriate to direct the Assistant Collector, to whom the matter has been remanded, to expedite the proceedings.
