The present contempt petition has been filed for deliberate and intentional disobedience of order dated 02.05.2024 passed by the Coordinate Bench of this Court in CWP-11004-2017. 2.

Notice of motion.

On asking of the Court, Mr. Sukhdeep Parmar, Advocate, accepts notice on behalf of the respondent.

The Co-ordinate Bench of this Court had issued the following directions, vide its order dated 02.05.2024, in CWP-11004-2017:- "Accordingly, the petition is allowed in terms of the judgment dated 12.12.2023 rendered in CWP No.15878 of 2014. The impugned order of termination, dated 15.05.2017, is set aside, and the petitioner is held entitled to all consequential benefits in terms of his appointment letter from the date of joining the post. COCP-2838-2025 (O&M) -2are directed to release the same within four weeks for receiving a certified copy of this order."

Learned counsel for the respondent contends that in compliance of the order dated 02.05.2024 passed by learned Single Judge, all the consequential benefits in terms of appointment letter of the petitioner from the date of his joining has been released to the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner does not dispute the same. 6.

In view of the above, the present contempt is purged and rule stands discharged.
