  The present petition has been filed by the petitioner under Section 11(6) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 for appointment an arbitrator in terms of Clause 25(v) of the agreement dated 25.02.2014 to adjudicate upon the disputes between the parties. 2.

Vide detailed order dated 26.04.2024, Mr. D.P.Bajaj, a former Chief Engineer, Punjab PWD (B&R), residing at House No. 311, Sector 7, Panchkula (Haryana) was proposed to be appointed as arbitrator to adjudicate upon the disputes between the parties. Necessary declaration sought under Section 12(5) of the Act of 1996 has been received from the arbitrator. 3.

In view of the above, the petition stands disposed of. The order dated 26.04.2024 passed by this Court is made absolute. The learned Arbitrator shall proceed with the matter in accordance with law.
