Mz.Sudeepti Sharma,DAG Punjab Jaswant Singh,J(Oral) In the present petition, it was grievance of the petitioner that ETT Teachers lower in merit than him have been allotted their first choice of allocation of District Fazilka, whereas the petitioner has been allocated District Moga by ignoring his better claim for allocation at Fazilka. Vide order dated 19.10.2016 while issuing notice of motion State was directed to explain the criteria adopted for allocation of ETT Teachers to various districts and further in the meanwhile a post of ETT Teacher in District Fazilka was ordered to be kept vacant. Learned State counsel at the time of hearing today states that present writ petition has become infructuous as petitioner has been adjusted from Moga to Govt. Primary School, Duttaranwali,Distt.Fazilka with immediate copy. She has produced a copy of order dated 2.1.2017, to that effect, which is taken on record.
In view of the statement made by learned State counsel, counsel for the petitioner concedes that present petition requires no further Rajinder Parshad Joshi 2017.01.13 09:41 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
