When confronted with the observation that the order impugned in the appeal is an inter+locutory order and the matter is posted for final disposal before the learned Single Judge on 13.09.2019, learned counsel for the appellant sought leave of the Court to permit withdrawal of the appeal. Accordingly, the appeal stands dismissed as withdrawn.
