"During the course of the enquiry, ASI Randhawa Singh No.1124/BTA PS Talwandi Sabo visit their residence for get recorded the statements of the petitioner Jajpreet Singh and Mandeep Kaur at village Sekhpura, but petitioner Jajpreet Singh and Mandeep Kaur were not found at their address. Then ASI Randhawa Singh contact with

  petitioner Jajpreet Singh and Mandeep Kaur on mobile phone and ask them to give statements. Then petitioner Jajpreet Singh told to ASI Randhawa Singh that they are both (petitioner Jajpreet Singh and Mandeep Kaur) out of from his house and they shall write their statement after discussion with his lawyer or family members on date 2800502025. They have also sent a written short note about this regard via What's App under their signatures. Furthermore, the statement Mandeep Kaur's family member, Jagtar Singh (Husband) was recorded by ASI Randhawa Singh on dated 27.05.2025 wherein he had stated that he know that Mandeep Kaur living in relationship with Jajpreet Singh.

He is aware about the law and he had never threatened the petitioners nor will ever threaten or harm the petitioners and if ever he pose any harm he will be liable as per law. Apart from this, when ASI Randhawa Singh inquired about Sukhdeep Singh son of Mahinder Singh resident of Sekhpura, found that his correct address was village Kotli 8abo, but he was not found present at his address. Whenever petitioners Jajpreet Singh and Mandeep Kaur appear and have their statements recorded and if they want any security, it will be provided by police as per law. That the Considering these developments and the statements recorded, no further action is deemed necessary. Accordingly, the petition is ordered to be filed in the record room. A copy of the speaking order is being provided to the petitioners by sending to through mobile phone.

They have been informed that, if they dissatisfied with this order, they retain the right to appeal within three days from the receipt of the order to the Deputy Superintendent of Police, Sub. Division Talwandi Sabo."
