This is a petition under Section 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 for initiation of proceedings against the respondents for violation of the order dated 31.05.2024 passed in CWP-13875-2024. 2.
Learned State counsel, on instructions from Ms. Aashika Jain, IAS, Deputy Commissioner, Hoshiarpur, states that the representation filed by the petitioner would be decided positively within a period of two weeks from today.

In view of the statement made by learned State counsel, present contempt petition is disposed off. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.

In case the representation is not decided within a period of two weeks from today, the petitioner shall always be at liberty to file an application for revival of the present petition.
