This petition has been filed for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to release the arrears of salary for the period of 06.06.2016 to 01.12.2016 to the petitioner along with 12% interest on the delay payment.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that during the pendency of the present petition, in terms of the order passed by this Court, claim of the petitioner has been rejected, however, a copy whereof has not been furnished to him.

Learned State counsel undertakes to hand over the same, during the course of the day.
