That during interrogation the petitioner made a disclosure statement that on dated 07.02.2024 after killing the deceased Veerpal Kaur in order to destroy the dead body, petitioner has thrown it in the fields

of mustard seeds and further in the effect of disclosure statement and at the demarcation of the petitioner the keypad mobile phone of dark blue colour of JIO Bharat along with SIM No. 99156,43997 of JIO Company of the deceased Veerpal Kaur was recovered, which was taken into police possession vide separate recovery memo. Then further in the effect of the disclosure statement of the petitioner the motor cycle no. PB,31R,3569 of red colour of Platina Company, that was used during the incident and one touch screen mobile phone of Realme along with No. 98158,17102 of Airtel company of the petitioner were made recovered at the demarcation of the petitioner. Then from under the seat of the motorcycle RC was recovered on it Chassi No. MD2A76AZ3GRG50038 and Engine No. PFZRGG24577 was mentioned and further it was issued on dated 15.11.2016 by Registration Authority Mansa to the petitioner. Then all these above mentioned three things were taken into the police possession vide separate recovery memo.

That on dated 15.02.2024 when SHO was presented at the police station then the owner of the restaurant Royal i.e. Sandeep Singh son of Balbir Singh r/o Guladi Tehsil Moonak, District Sangrur came to the PS Sadar Budhlada along with one Pendrive of 32 G.B. of Sandisk Company and it was alleged that this Pendrive contains the video clip relating to the deceased Veerpal Kaur wife of Balwinder Singh and the petitioner when they were entering the village Ralli, when they were sitting in the waiting hall of the restaurant, when they were standing at the reception of the restaurant, when they were going out of the restaurant and further after getting out of the restaurant video clip of

deceased Veerpal Kaur and the petitioner going towards the place of crime spot on the motorcycle and after some time video clip of the petitioner was also got captured when petitioner was returning alone on his bike from the place of crime spot on the main road of Budhlada towards Bareta. Then this pendrive was taken into police possession vide separate memo of presentation."
