CORAM:HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE AMIT RAWAL -.- AMIT RAWAL J.(ORAL) After arguing at some length, when this Court was not inclined to interfere in the writ petition, Mr. Ashish Gupta, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has sought permission of the Court for withdrawal of the writ petition.

The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn subject to the condition that the demand raised in the notice/letter dated 28.10.2013 (Annexure P-5) for `1,06,163/- is deposited within a period of one month from today. In case the amount of `1,06,163/- is not deposited within the stipulated time, the State would be at liberty to move an application for taking action on willful disobedience.
