(ORAL) Petitioner-tenant has filed this revision against the judgment of Appellate Authority dated 20.05.2019, dismissing his appeal, affirming the order of the learned Rent Controller dated 20.05.2016, whereby he was directed to hand over vacant physical possession of demised premises to respondent No.1-landlord.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he does not challenge the judgment and order of the authorities below on merits, however, seeks one month's time to vacate the demised premises. In view of above request, petitioner is granted one month's time from today to vacate the demised premises, failing which he shall pay mesne profits @ `25,000/- per month. Petitioner is directed to file affidavit in this respect before the executing Court within a week from today. Disposed of.
