Amol Rattan Singh, J. (Oral) All the cases listed today have been taken up for hearing by way of video conferencing because of the situation existing due to the Covid-19 pandemic.
By this petition, filed under the provisions of Section 439 of the Cr.P.C., the petitioner seeks the concession of regular bail, upon FIR no.0090, dated 06.06.2020, having been registered at Police Station Ghagga, District Patiala, alleging therein the commission of offences punishable under Sections 363/366A of the IPC.
Learned counsel for the petitioner points to the statement of the alleged victim recorded before the learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Samana, on June 30, 2020, (copy Annexure P-3), stating therein that due to some dispute between her parents and her brother, she had gone to Amritsar to the house of the petitioner, (who is her Aunts' son), who had given her advice to return home.
