(Oral) Prayer in this petition filed under Section 528 of BNSS, 2023 (erstwhile Section 482 of Cr.P.C.) is for issuance of directions to respondents No.2 and 3 to conduct fair and impartial investigation in FIR No.57 dated 22.04.2025, registered under Sections 103, 351(2), 191(3), 190 of BNS, 2023 and Sections 25, 27 of the Arms Act, at Police Station City Fazilka, District Fazilka and to look into the representation dated 23.05.2025, submitted by the petitioner before respondent No.2. Learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw the present petition with liberty to approach the jurisdictional Court for the redressal of the grievances raised in the present petition. Dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid.

In case, the petitioner files an appropriate application before the jurisdictional Court for preserving the CCTV footage of Jindal Panther TMT Rebars at New Grain Market, VPO Panni Wala Fatta, Fazilka Road, Tehsil Malout, District Sri Muktsar Sahib, from 12:00 PM to 01:00 PM, the same shall be considered and decided within a period of 02 weeks, in accordance with law.
