Present petition has been filed under Section 528 of BNSS, 2023 seeking issuance of directions to official respondents No. 2 and 3 to conduct fair and impartial investigation in FIR No.85 dated 12.11.2024, under Sections 115(2), 118(1), 191(3), 190 BNS, registered at Police Station Daba, Police Commissionerate Ludhiana to look into the representation (P46) for conducting fair and impartial investigation of FIR.

Vide order dated 04.09.2025, learned State counsel was directed to file a status report. Today, on instructions from the SHO Kulwant Kaur, learned State counsel has informed that, after completion of the investigation, the challan has already been submitted to the Court RASHMI 2025.12.16 11:33 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

  

 concerned on 08.12.2025, and therefore, instant petition can be disposed of accordingly.

In view of the fact that the investigation in the case has already been completed and the challan has been submitted, no further directions are required to be issued. Accordingly, present petition stands disposed of.
