CORAM: HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE S.J. VAZIFDAR, ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE TEJINDER SINGH DHINDSA Present: Mr. Rajbir Sehrawat, Advocate, for the petitioners.
* * * * S.J. VAZIFDAR, A.C.J. (ORAL) Notice of motion.
Service is waived, as Mr. Amar Vivek, learned Additional Advocate General, Haryana accepts notice on behalf of the respondents. The petitioners claim to be entitled to be allotted plots on account of their having been displaced upon the de-notification of the Old Sabzi Mandi. The petitioners' appeals have been dismissed. Their applications for revisions are pending. In the meantime, the official respondents intend auctioning 148 plots. If the petitioners are found to be eligible, they would be entitled to be allotted the plots in preference to the general category. 2.
Learned counsel appearing for the respondents states that 28 plots will be reserved and the same shall be allotted to the petitioners who succeed in the revision applications. It is clarified that these 28 plots will be in addition to 32 plots referred to in our order dated 14.10.2015 in CWP-8022-2015 titled as Jawaharlal and others Vs Chief Administrator and others.
