Petitioner Didar Singh, who is an accused in F.I.R No. 0143 dated 2.8.2020 under Section 22 of the NDPS Act registered with Police Station Garshankar, District Hoshiarpur is seeking interim bail for the reason that FSL report has not been received so far. Reliance has been placed upon the judgment passed by this Court in 'Inderjeet Singh @ Laddi and others Vs. State of Punjab 2014(3) RCR (Criminal)' page 953. The petitioner is relegated to the remedy of approaching the trial Court in that regard. The present petition stands disposed of accordingly. (H.S.
