Mz.Sudeepti Sharma,DAG Punjab Jaswant Singh,J(Oral) Petitioner being a substantive Head Constable was admitted to undergo Intermediate School Course at Police Academy, Phillaur for the session from 20.8.2016 till December 2016.

Due to he suffering from Dengue fever as per Medical Certificate (P-3 colly) he remained absented for a period of 8 days w.e.f. 21/24th September,2016 resulting into his repatriation for such absence. Upon notice, learned State counsel on instructions from Inspector Gurpreet Singh, PPA Phillaur submits that taking a compassionate view the petitioner has been taken back at the Academy to undergo the remaining portion of his aforesaid Intermediate Course. In view of the stand of the learned State counsel,learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petition has become infructuous. Disposed of as having become infructuous.
