/ 012 The instant petition has been filed to seeks directions to respondents No. 2 to 4 to protect the life and liberty of the petitioner at the hands of private respondents and to conduct a fair and impartial inquiry into the complaint bearing No. 3012-PTOO dated 03.08.2024 and Complaint No. 1717-PTOO dated 25.04.2025.

Reply by way of affidavit of Amandeep Singh, PPS, Assistant Commissioner of Police, Central, Jalandhar has been filed on behalf of respondents No.1 to 4.
