The petitioner through instant petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India is seeking setting aside of order dated 25.03.2019 (Annexure P-4) passed by authorities under Payment of Gratuity Act, 1972 (for short '1972 Act') .

Counsel for the parties are ad-idem that amount ordered by authorities under 1972 Act has already been released to respondent. The petitioner in any case was disputing small portion of the amount awarded by the authorities.
