The petitioner has approached this Court for quashing the impugned possession notice dated 13.04.2018 issued to the petitioner under Section 13 (4) of the Securitization and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002. On 11.07.2018, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he is prepared to discharge the liability in installments and to show his bona fides, he will bring a demand draft of `50,00,000/-, in Court, on the next date of hearing. The case was adjourned to 24.07.2018. Needful was not done. Another opportunity was granted and the case was adjourned to 09.08.2018. Still nothing was paid.
