Challenge in the instant petition is to the Punishment Order(s) dated 23.02.2022 passed by the punishing authority and the order dated 21.03.2023 passed by the Appellate Authority. 2.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner is not in a position to dispute that Rule 39 of the National Insurance Company (Conduct, Discipline and Appeal) Rules, 2014 provide for a statutory review with the Corporation and does not dispute that the said remedy has not been availed by the petitioner.

Faced with the above, learned counsel for the petitioner does not press the instant writ petition at this stage so as to avail the remedy of review as has been statutorily prescribed in the National Insurance Company (Conduct, Discipline and Appeal) Rules, 2014.
