The grievance of the petitioner is to the effect that instead of appointing the petitioner as Vocational Master on compassionate basis, he has been wrongly offered the post of Senior Lab Assistant. 2.

The petitioner is working as a Senior Lab Assistant since April 2012. The concept of the compassionate appointment is in the nature of concession extended by the erstwhile employer to support the family who may be left with no bread earner. Moreover, 11 years have elapsed since the date the petitioner is working as the Senior Lab Assistant. 3.

Keeping in view the aforesaid facts, this Court does not find it appropriate to issue any writ. Consequently, the present writ petition is dismissed.
