In this writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner has prayed for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to open the lock of vehicle, i.e., truck bearing No.UP-15-CT-3930 which was earlier illegally detained by the respondents and later on locked, due to which it cannot cross the ICC. 2.
