ARUN MONGA, J. (ORAL) This is second petition for grant of bail in case FIR No.208 dated 04.06.2020 under Section 21(B)/31/61/85 of NDPS Act, registered at Police Station Sadar, District Fatehabad.

Per allegations in FIR, 50.25 grams of heroine was recovered from the possession of petitioner, whereas 40.25 grams of heroine was recovered from his co-accused Surender Singh. 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that petitioner has been falsely implicated in the case. He further argues that provisions of NDPS Act were not complied with.

The earlier petition filed by the petitioner was dismissed as withdrawn vide order dated 08.09.2020 passed in CRM-M-26013 of 2020. There is no change in the circumstances which require indulgence of this Court. SONU 2020.11.12 14:41 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
