Petitioners are aggrieved by the exercise undertaken by the authorities whereby they have been shown as residents of village Budhera. They claim that authorities while exercising their jurisdiction acted in an arbitrary manner. The order suffers from non-application of mind. It is evident that certain disputed questions of fact are involved in this petition. It would, thus, be appropriate that the concerned authority i.e. Deputy Commissioner-cum- District Election Officer, Gurgaon may relook into the grievances of petitioners after affording opportunity of hearing to them and pass appropriate orders.
