This is the first petition filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. read with Section 482 Cr.P.C. for grant of interim bail for one month on account of sudden demise of petitioner's mother Rza Mahajan on dated 21.05.2025 and Bhog ceremony has been scheduled for 03.06.2025.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that interim bail was granted vide order dated 28.05.2025 and after the completion of period of interim bail, the petitioner has surrendered before the jail authorities and consequently, present petition has been rendered infructuous because the prayer was only for interim bail. 3.
